DAY 1

This training starts with the introduction to the Agile approaches to manage projects; the reasons it was developed. It includes the Agile Manifesto, its objectives and the 12 Agile principles.   Then the popular Agile method – Scrum is described in details, including the frameworks, role, ceremonies and artifacts. The Day 1 agenda includes:

DAY 3

More related topics in Agile Project Management are introduced, including the Lean Software Project Management and Kanban.   In additional, other good practices in managing Agile projects are also included.   Towards the end of day 3, participants are given a final test (120 Questions, 3 hours) from them to practice and familiarize with the exam format. Day 3 topics include:

METHODOLOGY The course structure is based on the Agile Practice Guide by Project

Management Institute PMI® ( www.pmi.org ), created in partnership with Agile Alliance®, and Agile 11 reference books, as stated as reference materials for the PMI-ACP® exam and years of experience in leading and managing projects.

Classroom lectures, experience sharing, case studies, exercises and final tests are included to impress learning.

TARGET AUDIENCE Agile Practitioners, Project Practitioners, Executives, Engineers, Team Members, Team Leaders, Functional Managers, and Project Managers that are participate or manage small to big Agile projects.

PMI-ACP® Eligibility

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate's degree or global equivalent)
  • 2000 Hrs (12 months) working on project environment (Accrued in the last 5 years) 1500 Hrs (8 months) working in Agile environments (Accrued in the last 2 years)
  • 21 Contact Hours from the workshop program align with PMIACP syllabus.
