PM Advance Sdn Bhd, (collectively referred to herein as "PM ADVANCE," "we", "us" or "our"), are committed in protecting the Customers personal information in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations currently in force. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, protection and accuracy of Customers personal information collected by and under the reasonable control of PM ADVANCE. The term personal information means any information of an individual which the person can be directly or indirectly identified and may include name, passport or identity card number, telephone number or photograph.

This Privacy Policy describes on what information is gathered, how this information is used and stored, who the information will be shared with, how Customers can opt out of the Programme mailings and how Customers can modify their personal information held by the Programme and any other changes that have been amended from time to time.

The Customers personal information will be used by PM ADVANCE to provide services relating to the Programme including to administer the Programme, to invoice the Customer, Partners and/or Suppliers accounts as appropriate, to communicate information to the Customer, Partners and/or Suppliers, to understand and analyze Customers responses, needs and preferences and to develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services to meet those needs. This personal information from the database will also be used by PM ADVANCE for marketing promotions, contests, planning, product development and market research related to the Programme.

PM ADVANCE will use this personal information from time to time to promote additional products, services, rewards and special offers from the Partners and/or Suppliers related to the Programme. As Partners and/or Suppliers forms part of the loyalty programme scheme, subject to Customers consent, information about Customers may be disclosed to the respective Partners and/or Suppliers in order to better operate and administer the Programme or if PM ADVANCE considers on reasonable grounds that that disclosure is necessary in relation those Customers. Notwithstanding, disclosure is necessary where PM ADVANCE considers on reasonable grounds that the Customer may have been involved in fraudulent activities in relation to that participating company or as required by law and/or government authority.

Customers personal and other information will be obtained and may be collected either on paper or electronic enrollment forms, surveys forms and/or during telephone conversations with the respective Customers. A Customer may choose to receive future marketing, promotional communications and special offers from PM ADVANCE. Further, a Customer may withdraw consent at any time by contacting PM ADVANCE via post, telephone, fax or e-mail as herein stated.

Information about Customers will not be provided by PM ADVANCE to any party except as provided in this Privacy Policy or as consented by Customers. We may engage third parties to help us in better operating our Programme and this Site or administering activities on our behalf and may share the Customers personal information with the third parties for these purposes. When we use a third party to process information on our behalf, legal agreements require the third party to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the Customers personal information. Further, these agreements ensure that the Customers personal information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the assigned task and that the third party organization only uses it for the specified purposes for which it is given.

PM ADVANCE retains Customers personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of this Programme. Customers personal information is stored in secure, dedicated and confidential databases in Malaysia.

PM ADVANCE will take appropriate security measures to protect Customers personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the Customers personal information. PM ADVANCE protects Customers personal information regardless of the format in which it is held. The methods of protection for Customers personal information include (a) physical measures, for example, locked filing cabinets and restricted access to offices; (b) organizational measures, for example, employee confidentiality agreements, security clearances and limiting access on a "need-to-know" basis; and (c) technological measures, for example, the requirement of Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), passwords and encryption.

PM ADVANCE may amend the Customers personal information contained in the Programme databases as required when an individual successfully demonstrates the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the personal information. An amendment may involve the correction, deletion or addition of information.

The Site generates cookies, which are collected by web-servers to enable them to recognize your future visits. The Site uses only non-persistent cookies or per-session cookies which serves technical purposes like switching the languages of the Site. These cookies do not permanently record data and they are not stored on your computers hard drive. Once you close your browser, the cookie is deleted.
